FAQ's

Q: How much do you charge an interpreter or translator?

A: Pricing is determined by the type of service you need and the language you need. Over-the-phone interpretation and video interpretation are billed by the minute (interpreter talk time only). On-site interpretation and ASL interpretation are billed by the hour. Document translation is billed by the word. For exact pricing, please contact us directly or submit a free quote request so we can better understand your specific needs.

Q: What type of training/certification do your interpreters have?

A: Our ASL interpreters are nationally certified, and we only use ATA certified translators for document translation. Our court interpreters are certified on a state by state basis. We also support and train NCIHC, IMIA and CCHCP ethics and standards. In addition to the training mentioned above, all of our interpreters are qualified by our proprietary training course. In other words, we do everything we can to ensure they don’t mess up.

A: Our general service agreement is month-to-month, meaning we will win your business on a month-to-month basis. Should your organization decide to enter into a long-term agreement, we will happily comply.

A: In addition to our good looks and charming personalities, we can provide your organization with a one-stop language service shop. We genuinely try to make accessing our services easy and will customize our billing and access processes to meet your needs. We return all missed calls within four hours and all emails within 6 hours.
